Do I need to make a reservation?
We are currently asking families to please contact us before visiting just in case we are fully booked or if the venue is closed for a private event. We understand that may sounds silly but it truly helps us maintain a reduced capacity! Safe - Clean - Fun!

How long can I stay?
A visit is typically 2-3hours, open access!

What is the suitable age range for the play space?
Designed for children 1-7yrs old, our 800sqm club features a play area that includes a hand-made obstacle course, an awesome Glow Art room with take-home activities, Glow Zone light sensory room, Glow Gym building room, and our new Glow Infinity room - an interactive and immersive experience!
Older girls have proven to love Glow! Boys above 7years old typically have a little more energy than is safe for younger toddlers and is not recommended.

What is your immunization policy?
As an open public play space, we cannot require parents/caregivers to show proof of vaccination before utilizing our premises. We do, however, take every care to ensure Glow's environment is cleaned and sanitized before and after business each day.
What is your sick child policy?
We ask that parents and caregivers be considerate and keep their children home if they are sick or feeling under the weather. We want to ensure that Glow Kids Club remains a fun, safe and healthy environment for all to enjoy.
How often are the toys cleaned?
A team of cleaning staff is available and working on-site throughout open play hours and after the facility is closed to ensure that all areas and toys within the space are kept clean and sanitized. Glow Kids Club was essentially built and created to offer parents and their children a clean play environment. Owners and managers have taken an oath to live by this vision.
Is there a place to eat within the play space?
There is a designated space where snacks are allowed. We offer healthy treats and beverages for families to enjoy.
Is there a changing table available?
Indeed, changing table is indeed available at the facility!
Is there a breast-feeding room available?
Of course!
Playground Rules
HELP KEEP GLOW PLAY CLEAN & SAFE FOR EVERYONE!
- Children under 3years of ago must be accompanied by an adult.
- Socks must be worn at all times by children and adults.
- No food or beverages in the playground.
- No sick children allowed in the playground.
- Please fold strollers.
- In the event the playground has reached maximum capacity, staff may kindly ask you to respect the 2hour admission policy!
Is Glow Kids Entertainment Franchising?
Yes! We are currently developing 4 new locations outside Lebanon. We are interested in connecting with the right partners to grow with.
